We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Fox Hunt App subscription plans.
You may request a refund for your subscription within 30 calendar days of the initial billing date.
Only one subscription refund per user account is permitted.
Refunds apply only to the most recent subscription charge. All subscription charges made prior to the refunded billing cycle are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
After the 30-day period has passed, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
The following fees and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Dog number reservation fees
App service fees (processing fees) paid by users during hunt events or pleasure run registrations
Sponsorship and advertising fees
Marketplace listing fees
Stripe fees deducted from any transactions within a Hunt Host’s or Pen Owner’s Stripe Connect account
In some cases, refunds are handled directly by the pen owner or hunt host and are not processed through the Fox Hunt App.
If you paid for a pleasure run and a hunt is later scheduled on the same day, you must contact the pen owner directly regarding any refund.
Refunds for hunt entry fees or pleasure runs are handled solely between the user and the hunt host or pen owner and occur outside of the app.
Fox Hunt does not process, control, or guarantee refunds for hunt entry fees or pleasure runs managed outside the platform.
We aim to maintain consistent uptime; however, the app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
If the app is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, the following may apply:
Active subscribers may be eligible for a subscription credit or extension, issued at our sole discretion.
Active sponsors may be eligible for a sponsorship extension equivalent to the downtime period, issued at our discretion.
This policy applies only to active subscriptions and sponsorships and does not include refunds or credits for dog number reservations, event-related fees, or one-time marketplace purchases.
