Fox Hunt App is a platform designed to facilitate dog number reservations, event participation, payment processing, and communication between participants, hunt hosts, and pen owners. By using the app or website, you agree to the following terms and acknowledge the limitations outlined below:

1. Tax Responsibility

All payouts processed through the Fox Hunt App via Stripe must be reported on your tax documentation as required by local, state, and federal tax laws. Fox Hunt App is not responsible for your compliance with tax obligations and does not offer legal or financial advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all income earned through the platform is properly reported.

2. Attendance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that participants (hunters) who register or reserve dog numbers through the app will attend your hunt event or pleasure run. While our platform offers features to promote accountability, attendance is the responsibility of the individual user.

3. Listing Disclaimer

Fox Hunt App does not guarantee that any listing, including but not limited to hunt events, pleasure runs, dog numbers, or marketplace items, will result in a sale, booking, or successful engagement. Results may vary based on pricing, timing, audience, and other external factors.

4. App Downtime Disclaimer

We are not responsible for losses incurred due to platform downtime or service outages. Access to the app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fox Hunt App is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, property damage, animal incidents, or other losses resulting from participation in events, hunts, or interactions arranged through the platform. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Always follow safety guidelines and use proper discretion.

6. AI Scoring Disclaimer

When using AI tools for scoring based on judge sheet uploads or audio files, results are generated using system-defined logic, Google Vision Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and language processing models. Additionally, the app may allow judges to upload voice recordings where the timestamp is logged upon pressing record. These audio files are then transcribed and processed using automated tools. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% precision. Final review and approval of scores should be performed by the hunt host, scoring manager or judges.

7. Use of Third-Party Services

Fox Hunt App utilizes third-party services such as Stripe (for payments), Firebase (for user management), Google Cloud Vision API (for OCR), and other transcription services to enhance scoring functionality. We are not liable for disruptions, delays, or outages caused by these providers. Users are responsible for complying with each third party’s respective terms and conditions.

8. Marketplace Transactions

All transactions within the app’s marketplace are strictly between buyer and seller. Fox Hunt App does not guarantee item quality, delivery, or dispute resolution. Users are encouraged to communicate clearly and exercise good judgment when completing marketplace sales.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

We do not sell your personal data. Any data collected is used solely to operate and improve the app’s features, such as sending event updates or managing user profiles. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored and used.

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Misuse, fraudulent behavior, or harassment may result in suspension or permanent account removal without refund.

11. Weather and Cancellations

We are not responsible for event cancellations, delays, or no-shows due to weather, emergency situations, or other unforeseen factors. Refunds or rescheduling policies are at the discretion of the host or pen owner.

12. Dog Health & Safety

Fox Hunt App does not verify the health, breed, vaccination status, or behavior of dogs entered into events or runs. Owners are expected to ensure their animals meet all requirements for participation.

13. Code of Conduct

Users must treat other community members with respect. Abuse, harassment, threats, or attempts to manipulate event outcomes or scoring may result in account suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
